A humanitarian initiative that's about understanding individuals, communities, and cultures, addressing the reasons why social injustices occur, and supporting those communities with compassionate tools, skills, and ways to build relationships, to lead effectively and compassionately, to overcome issues in productive and empowering ways and to resolve conflict without resorting to violence.
As an active and transformative process working collaboratively through Conscious Coalition in partnership with Arbinger Institute, Operational Mindset, and Harvard Law Schools Program on Negotiation, we have built a cohesive Preventive Diplomacy Program that blends Leadership, Peace-building, Conflict Resolution, Mindset, Diplomacy, and Negotiations into one cohesive best in-class program that empowers, individuals, communities, civil, institutional, and governmental leaders, first with the capacity to understand themselves and then with the skills to see,communicate, understand, and empower others positively, transforming their attitudes and behaviors, thereby creating, effective, peaceful, and sustainable change in the world.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Ugandan National Police, South Sudan Parliament and Senate Compassionate Leadership, Peace and Reconciliation Program
Conscious Coalition has partnered with ALARM (African Leadership and Reconciliation Ministries), an organization helping communities resolve long-standing, deep-seated tribal and ethnic conflicts for more than 20 years. The organization has trained over 100,000 African Community leaders with a presence in eight African countries: Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Burundi, and D.R. Congo.
By joining forces, together, we have built upon an already successful track record while innovating the curriculum and the implementation methods to make resources go farther and have an even greater impact in the communities served.
Conscious Coalition and ALARM launched in July 2021 our collective program to encourage a culture of transformational leadership, and peacebuilding among members of the Ugandan National Police Force and South Sudanese young / newly appointed members of Parliament and Senate based on core values and ethics for holistic transformation and reconciliation of South Sudan as a nation and to empower and build upon the capacity of the legislative arm of government for the production of sustainability, justice, and socio-economic stability.
GENDER INEQUALITY & WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT
Globally, women and girls are disproportionately dishonored, disempowered, and marginalized. Due to inequality in access to resources, education, and justice, women often face poverty, violence, and insecurity due solely to their gender.
Our mission is to support women through economic, social, and political programs; creating opportunities while addressing inequality, strengthening families and communities.
WHY
WATER?
There are 844 million people living without access to safe water.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that over 40% of Africa’s Sub-Saharan population still lacks access to safe water. Africa’s population has grown from 800 million in 2000, to a whopping 1.2 billion today.

Globally 1 in 9 people lack access to safe water and 1 in 3 people lack access to a toilet.

Every 15 seconds, a child dies from waterborne illness, the 3rd leading cause of global childhood death greater than all acts of war and violence, AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis combined.

200 Million hours women and girls spend every day collecting water which takes time away from work, school and caring for family and leaves them more vulnerable to acts of violence.

Over 300 million Africans lack access to clean and safe water for drinking and 700 million are living in poor conditions without adequate sanitation. Lack of access to clean and safe water has frustrated poverty reduction efforts and hindered economic prosperity
WATER AND RECONCILIATION
Bundibugyo District, Uganda
The coalition has begun an ongoing “Clean Water and Community Transformation” grassroots initiative in the Bundibugyo district of Uganda. The Coalition is building on our partner Fight for the Forgottens’ extensive experience along with ALARM’s prior experience in the region, empowering leaders through servant leadership and community conflict resolution training, Our partner Vesta's innovative and effective global children's programming, along with our coalition member Eternal Water’s experience bringing clean water resources and education to impoverished global communities.
Waterborne diseases and infant mortality are widespread because of a lack of access to clean water and poor sanitation. This innovative project leverages access to clean water in a way that brings warring tribes and religious factions at odds together for a needed shared resource. Compassionate leadership, women and children's empowerment, and peaceful coexistence training will occur in the villages so as to allow these communities to come together and share life and governance of the water well (governance council made up of a majority of women from both tribes). The intended outcome is to end conflict, dignity, and empowerment for women, reconcile peace, build servant leaders and provide clean water and the basis for health, education, and economic development.
We are drilling and installing multiple wells and twenty rainwater harvesting systems each with 20,000 liters of capacity and conducting water, hygiene, and sanitation training (WASH) so that communities have easy access to safe, clean water. This effort will reduce cases of illnesses and deaths associated with drinking and using contaminated water and help reconcile communities and families that have suffered as a result of decades of regional conflict.

Eternal Water is a global initiative whose purpose is to change the course of people's lives. Having access to clean water transforms communities today and fort he future generations by removing causes of disease, providing the basis for health, and the foundation for economic development.
We bring sustainable programs and solutions for clean, accessible water, education, compassionate leadership training and peace building allowing the people in these communities to not only survive but also grow and thrive.
Our team is a collection of experienced global water advocates, oil and gas reservoir specialists, servant leaders, peace-builders and water well drilling experts, who have drilled 550+ wells in Central America with over 1 million lives affected.
